Our client is looking for a Microsoft Messenger Analyst with Spanish (Exchange Server with Outlook). The successful candidates duties will be to resolve remote users IT problems by means of a Remote fix, responding to both internal and external clients needing technical support.
Resolve customer issues using the tools and systems available
Complete follow-on actions as appropriate
Retains ownership of each case until problem is resolved or resolution is identified
Observes strict compliance to licensing, copyright and trademark legislation
Key Performance Indicators:
o Product and process knowledge
o Volume of cases logged and managed
o Balance Scorecard o Escalation Rate to Microsoft
Requirements.
Suitable candidate must demonstrate a good working knowledge of one or more current Microsoft Operating systems, (Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT Professional, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Windows Server Edition), or any future releases. S*he has a good working knowledge of personal computer architecture also.
The successful candidate must hold at least one MCP and be ideally studying towards MCSE qualification.
Required:
Windows XP Professional; Office Suite; Exchange Server Standard Edition; Exchange Server Enterprise Edition Excel; Outlook
A minimum of 3-4 years experience in IT, remote support experience is preferable.
Fluency in English mandatory (read, written, spoken)
Fluency in Spanish is a requirement.
